What is Dofollow:

Well there is no term in dictionary called Dofollow. Its a internet slang used in Internet community which refer to any website which donot use 'NoFollow'. NoFollow is an hyperlink which instruct search engines not to pass any link juice or credibility or reputation to an outgoing link. It was orginally designed to help webmasters to deny any kink of credibility to unwanted spammers who would add a link to the comment section of any popular website or blog.

How to get Backlinks for your site

Now that you have written your blog or post, you will have to make your site popular and relevant. You need to drive traffic to your website and have to get indexed on major search engines like google, Bing, MSN etc. Today in this post we will try to find out what is a backlink and how you can as many as for your blog or website.

Backlink is an important toll to drive traffic to your website. If you can get backlinks to your website from some reputed do follow websites then not only you will get some reputation juice from that website, your site rank will grow on search engine index and will receive tremendous good incoming traffic. However its not easy to get backlinks from these website unless you write useful, original and good quality content.

Other than this you can do the following to increase backlinks:

1. Social Media: You can share your blogs link on social media like facebook, orkut and twitter. One suggestion is that when ever you share suck link, please add a small write up to demonstrate what the blog is about.

2. Web Forums: WebForums are useful places where you can share your blog liknks and details. However, please abide by the rules and regulations of those forums and don't spam their posts. Only leave your comments along with the link of your blogs where it adds value and is relevant to forums topics. In order to look seriously about adding values, also share other people blog which you might think are relevant.

3. Different pages of your own wesites: Your own website may have multiple pages. When ever you are writing on any topic, please make sure you are writing several pages on similar and related topic. Once you have written those pages, you can interlink them.

Top 5 excuses to skip office

So you want to watch you favorite match but thinking what excuse you want to give to your boss to skip the office. We face this situations at least once every month. So here are some top excuses you can use but make sure you voice looks genuine when calling your boss.

1. I am not feeling well:  Most classic excuse and have been used countless times. Its virtue lies in its simplicity as no one question you if you are not well. However, advice is to not to use it frequently as it may go against you as a medical case. Once in 2-3 month is reasonable frequency.

2. My wife / kid/mother/father is not well : This is also a good excuse as they are dependent on you and you will need to take them to hospital. Again as advised above don't use it very frequently.

3. I am having loose motion:  This is also one of the good excuse as it involve a bit of funny side as well. People might joke a bit about you eating without control. However these jokes will go in your favor as your excuse will look more genuine.

4. Work late night on previous day: If you want to take leave on a day, then make sure you work late or at least  show that you were working late. Drop some official mail very late in the night as a proof of you working late. This will help you to make excuse that you are very tired and not felling well at all next morning.

5. Parents meet at your son's school: This is also one of the regular excuse you can make once in 3 months. Being a good father you have to attend such meet and no one should veto that. However please make sure you have a side excuse ready to give in case some one ask why your wife cant attend this.

First time blogger - Beginner's Guide

If You take a sample of random hundred people and ask them if they can blog, around 95 of them will say yes as we think blogging is simple and everyone can write. However if you give a task to those 95 people to write 10 blogs in a month, then the actual picture comes out. 80 of those 95 will definitely write at least one blog. Around 50 will write 2 blogs and only 2-3 will be able to write more than 5 blogs. So what is the reason that while 95% of the people claims to be capable to blogging only 2% are able to write few blogs in a month. We will try to find out few of the reasons below.

1. Not Serious Enough: The most basic reason for people stop writing after their blog it that they are not serious enough writing. Its easier to claim yourself a blogger however its very difficult to concentrate on writing specially if you don't enjoy it. That's the reason why most of the people are able to write their first blog however are not able to continue with it. Most of time we just get exited by seeing others doing it and think we can do it also. So, if you don't enjoy it, don't do it.

2. Not confident enough: Some people are more expressive, some are not. Some have got good writing skills, some don't have.You need to be bit expressive but you definitely don't need to be excellent writer to be a blogger. Most of the blogger are common people like us who want to share their day to day experience with others. However when we see some people using heavy languages, we tend to start doubting our writing skills. This might be one of the reason why many blogger stop after their first write up. 

3. Looking Blogging as a Cash cow: Some of us hear other getting rich by just blogging. We start counting our chicken before they hatch. But when we see our handful of blog not getting us enough money, we stop writing. Sometimes people forget that if you concentrate on writing good meaningful articles which people love to read then you don't need to worry about money. It will come on it own. 

4. To much occupied with our hectic life: As I mentioned earlier, we all are common people who have other primary jobs. Sometime even if we love to write, our hectic life don't allow us to concentrate on blogging. It is among the biggest reason why people stop writing blog in their initial stages.
